vista 64 bit

i'm looking at building a new rig and was wondering if max (and photoshop, after effects, premiere...) will run on vista 64 bit. does anyone know? the mobos i've been looking at aren't xp 64 compatible. Asus Maximus Formula or Asus Striker Extreme-i'm looking to water cool the q6600 cpu and overclock like a mofo.

thanks for the quick response. after a little more research of my own i see that i was given bad info on those 2 mobos i listed. they are both xp64 compatible so now its just a matter of do i want to go with xp64 which i am familiar with or switch to vista64 which i know nothing about but hear its ok. decisions, decisions...

thanks again
