Urgent help with texture baking problem

I'm getting what looks like a tiling issue after texture baking an object. What I've done is model an object and I placed a walnut texture on certain faces of the object. I placed a cylindrical UVW map on it so the tile would work properly. It looks fine up to this point. But when I texture baked the object, I'm getting these edges that break up the tiling and I don't know what's causing it. I've spent an entire day trying to fix it, but to no avail. Anyone got any tips?

I've checked the mesh and there aren't any extraneous vertices, so it's not like there were some unwelded points... Please help. Thanks!
