are you using 3ds max?

if you are this should help:

go to Customize -> prefrences -> viewports tab -> click on configure driver -> and check the last check box on there under download texture size -> hit ok
-> then reload the textures if the textures are already loaded.

hope that helped

I have many :)

- Is there a way to substitute rotation key from alt+middle mouse button to alt+left mouse button ?
- When I drag a scene with middle mouse button it turn all polygon off and display only boundary rectangle , how to turn this off to see the actual polygon while dragging ?

Thanks

if i know well these things are impossible
the 1.: the left mouse button is a function button, if you press it, you can see many options in there, you can use this thing as a hotkey, and the object settings are here to
the 2.: realy don't know, but i hope i can turn this sh.t off because sometimes i can't see the other vertex/line, but i asked formerly some 3D gurus, and they said it is impossible, maybe if you can write a script for max what is turn this off

found a soultion for my second question

Quote:
When I pan or rotate my viewports, the objects turn into cubes, why?
Max has a feature called adaptive degradation. It reduces lag when navigating viewports by displaying objects as boxes. To override adaptive degradation press o, to change the adaptive degradation settings click the Customize menu -> Viewport Configuration -> Viewport Configuration dialog -> Adaptive Degradation tab.
I cant post the link this forum , forum prevent me to do that

or maybe You should look out for the pressing "o" key, it's toggle on/off adaptive degradation.
