Quadro is Hardware OpenGL Card.

so opengl program will get some effect with it. nvidia make some custom driver or i should call small utilites for quadro. there are Maxtreme and PowerDraft for 3ds max and AutoCAD. it is driver for you to choose like Direct X and OpenGL.

please dont hope you quadro will boost overall performance than geforce. it have "real" hardward component that modify geforce only software with it. no need to buy fastest. for me i choose Quadro FX 570 for my next graphic card
