problem in movies length

How to make a 40-second film !!
I don't know how to make a 40 - seconds movie in 3ds max can any one help me.

u can render an .avi, or a serie of bitmap then with vegas,premiere,combustion or some other software to render an .avi. 25 images(frames) are 1 sec, good luck. :)

honestly,im not quite understand with the question?40 second film?how can be a film in just a few second?
by the way..you need to set the 'time config' for how long you want your animation to be..example hours:minute:sec...(and frame rate according to your country)

second that's why i'm asking because my instructure want a movie made with 3ds max but don't exceeds 40 second imagin it if you want how it very boaring
