Boost the AA (anti aliasing) and turn down the illumination.Its too bright

what is your rendering engine?

it look flat there are no lights in the Sean . it looks like you have very less experience of rendering exterior scene . just create a skylight make sure to turn the cast shadows on.
or switch to MR "mental Ray" create a Daylight System Switch to MRSun and MRPhysicalSky. Use MRPhotographic Exposure set EV value to 14 adjust the sunlight to match Ur background.

i would advice you to learn how the illumination work in 3ds max. if u are new you can use this training series. from DT
