First of all how did u get 766 credits in just 13 posts??? he he he
and yeah you should use turbo smooth when finalizing a model the way its goin to look.
you should work with proper loops and put appropriate amount of edges if u want turbo smooth to work properly... so keep testing it by applying it while modelling ur object.
if u want sharp corners check out how turbo smooth works....
i hope this helps.....
and sorry if i'm completely unable to understand the question....

Lol maybe he is posting attachents and other things... idk and yeah you should put turbosmooth but only if it needs to be more ... um smooth or detailed. You dont have to use it if you need something like a simple cilinder or a sphere, which has enough segments

Thanks alot for all replays,
I am learning max now and I apply NURMS subdivistion with 1 or 2 iteration to see the final result, but I notice NURMS subdivistion appear in the final render and it did not take much memory like turbo smooth, so why not using NURMS subdivistion alone ?

about the credit I dont know how it is calculated but maybe the moderator like me :)
