Hey folks,
Let me just preface that I am extraordinarly new to max (I've always wanted to learn it...never could afford it...until). I recently bought an unsed copy of 3ds max 4 (educational version) at a yard sale in my home town (It was quite a boon). Everything came with it except for the Character Studio for this version however there was a copy of Character Studio 1 which I also bought. I have installed neither because I'm currently having some upgrades put into my PC and I haven't gotten it back. So my question is what is it compatable with max 4? What versions of Character Studio are compatable with Max 4? A freind of mine that has a PC repair shop has a copy of the Charater Studio from Max 5 (which is 3 I think) that he's selling...will that work with max 4? I hope that someone can answer this question for me.
