Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Modeled a Mech, How do I add Details to a metal Material or car paint material? I Modeled a Mech, and and trying some test on materials. I would like to have The Green Military look the Mechs have in Avatar, But I would like to use a Metal Material or Car Paint Material or something to achieve the metal look, but I want to have places where the paint has been scraped off revealing the metal below, and have scratches and dirt on the material. I have my mech Unwrapped already. How do I go about doing this? I am using 3ds Max 2010 I tried using composite, but I not sure if I was doing it right, I wasnt getting good results. |
