Rep Power: 0  | max isn't starting! hi. i've got a big proglem. max isn't starting. i am using vista 64bit and Max 9. while max opening it's halted. and the screen became white. can you help me? |

Rep Power: 3 | did u changed those default display graphic options,like direct 3d,open gl and so on, try opening it thru "change graphics mode" option from the start menu, optionaly u wud have missed some files,eg help doccumentation while installing,so a reinstall with that help file unchecked and only the software,inturn manually installing help files after the software installation, optionally change ur computer's display at right click menu item called>properties>settings>color quality settings >try all settings! ok then again may be some software licensing issue,did u installed licenses properly? ofcorse then try 32 bit,or 16 bit on computer! i hope this helped[:P] |

Rep Power: 0 | thank you for answer bharat yatna. but i did allready. i removed 3ds max and install again, and changed graphic option. now i am using diretictx. i have't got a problem whit licence. one week ago it was working true. aforetime i lived it again and i changed color quality. then it became. but now nothing of no availing. and excuse me for my english. its my second language. i am waiting answers. |
