Rep Power: 6 ![]() | what kinda lights you should use depends on what render you have and what light you want inn the scene. if you render with v-ray the v-ray light is the best...thats kinda obious. how to light up a scene professionally is kinda har du say....you should add light were a light source is inn your scene. if you have a lamp on the table...then add a light there to.

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Hello I think that the "type of light" is not the important thing, but the settings of the render engine. With this I mean, over all, the global illumination (GI) that gives a very realistic lighting, specially when rendering a room. If you are using the Default Scanline Render you won't be able to do so. You can use Mental Ray or V-ray, just like minimus said, to render your scene "professionally". There are other engines, but they might be expensive and a bit harder to use than Vray. |
