| Hallowed Devil | well so you want to get roundness on the 2 sides ov he cylinder rite?? make a cylinder, and in the modifier panel, whr the height and radius and all can be changed, there is n option sayin CAP SEGMENTS. give 2-3 cap segments. now, right click on the cylinder and select Convert To Editable Poly. This is the option dat does all the manipulations ov shapes n cn make a gun or a house or car or spacecraft out ov a simple box :) now as ou select Editable Poly option. goto modifer panel again. You see dat the options hv changd. Goto edge mode and select 1 of the edges among the circular segments dat formd on any side ov the cylinder and choose LOOP option from the modifier. You'll see dat the whole cirular segment ov the edges has been selectd automatically. Now, all ye gotta do is to slightly move the selectd edge loop away fr the cylinder. do this wid other edges on the side as well, and by judgement, form a roundish shape on the side ov the cylnder. i hope ye got it. any queries, plz dnt hesitate in asking :D Cheers!!!

| Forum Moderator ![]() | 2 options. 1 - As stated above, you could just use the capsule object. 2 - If you want to learn how to round off edges, just select the desired vertices on the object after converting it to an editable poly, and use the chamfer command.
