Hose problem

I'm trying to model a hose. I make a renderable spline and set the interpolation to "adaptive". The material is "Vraymtl" with white diffuse color and tiles map for displacement. The horiz. count is 0 and the vert - 35. But the geometry messes up when rendered. Where do I wrong and is there another technique for making a hose?

Send a message via ICQ to Cracadoo
Add a sweep modifier on the line, that will make geometry hose.
Or you can make loft object (create-geometry-compound objects-loft) wich gives you more control. To make loft obj, you will need line (wich you have) and circle. Make line loft, click get shape, and that's it.
Bye
