Help with wiring object movement to wind strength?

Hi everyone! I made a Fan in 3DS max and now want to link the movement of the fan blades to a wind spacewarp to increase the wind Strength as the blades spin faster. Anyone know how I would do it? I do not have much prior knowledge in wiring so any tips or useful tutorials would be greatly appreciated. :)

hey Anthony, in 3D, the wind is not affected by the fan's speed or anything like that. if you have to show in an animation that the fan is increasing the intensity of the wind and maybe doing something like making a paper fly or something like that, then you have to animate the wind's intensity and the speed of the blade individually and synchronise the animation to match each other. and then you can take a plane, which will act as a paper, and wire it to wind space warp so that it flies when wind increases. To wire anything to a space warp, in case you dnt know, select the object, and click on the icon just besides LINK and UNLINK icons on the toolbar on the top. This gives you a ruberband selection tool.Nw first click on the object and then as the rubberband appears, click on the space warp....this will attach the object to the space warp.

If any problems, dnt hesitate in asking again :)

Cheers!!!
