fire with out plugin

anybody know how do fire wiht the praticle system without plugin?

Its for a dream: im stand in the roof of the a building and im fall, before touch the floor, im fly to the city and go to fast, and that moment im envolved of fire a go to fast on the street and a instant( for the fire and to much speed) im be teleported to the past.

Letter, my mum wake up and im cant cotinue the dream.
