Every time i put a vray material on an object it always closes 3dsmax and saying if i want to send an error report. I do so i got an email saying to get the service pack i downloaded it and when i try to install it it says i need to close 3ds max. So i go to the task manager and find it in the processors click end task and it re-opens it self and i cant install the service pack. Please help.

Please help i cannot do anything in vray or normal rendering. i can only use 1 material and if i try to add another it crashes. Please someone reply.

Have you tryed reinstalling max?

i didn't reinstall it i had some plugins that wasn't for my version an i deleted them and it worked :D bit late though.
