which deal? computer for 3ds max

Hey,

at first: im so sorry, i have poor English language skills.
Im looking for a new computer. Today i got some proposals from my computer dealer.

For me it is very important to work (high poly) and render (fast as possible) in 3dsmax/vray (newest versions).
Also i would like to work in photoshop and after effects (newest versions).

#1 I would like to ask you, which deal do you would prefer?

#2 Do you think it makes sense to pay about 300ˆ more for deal 1 than for deal 2?

I would go with deal one but switch out the motherboard with Asus P8Z68-V, and switch to Radeon 6970 I think, is the number. Have fun building.
