hey guys firstly iam new in this forums soo if have some probelm with the subject, or the topic dont need to be here or something like that iam sorry its cuz iam new here ^^

well after all the speech here the problem :

i install 3DS MAX 2010 on my windows 7 and i have this problem :

sry for that i dont have photo the forum dont give me to put her. [Dunno why..]

but he wirth me that i dont have this file d3dx9_39.dll soo i dowload this file and the probelm still.

try xp mode maybe fix your problem or check your copy of your 3dsmax

but your problem it's directX this dll file for directX

I had the same problem with the force unleashed (a game).I saw something dx3 blabla sooo I just opened the folder which contains directx and I installed.After that it worked nicelly

3dsmax works great for me on Windows 7, just update your drivers and download the latest DirectX release that your videocard supports. You can also right click on the 3dsmax icon on your desktop, and add "-h" to the shortcut so that you can change your drivers to OpenGL if needed when you start it up.

Did 3dsmax works with directx 11 ?

look man u have to install direct x 11 or 10 and then try to install max again and also try to update your vga diver if it was ATI or NIVIDIA

you can always download the latest directx for your computer (although windows 7 comes with directx 11 anyway
but if you don't want to do that you can always just download the d3dx9_39.dll from ddl-files
d3dx9_39.dll free download - DLL-files.com
and place it in your system32 folder
normaly c:/windows/system32
