Buttons in UI Disapearing

Buttons in UI Disapearing when resizing model, or bringing up a menu dialogue or the import for example.

My Buttons All reappear when running the mouse over where the button should be, or all appear at once when i click to resize the Max window.

I'm having a hard time figuring out what it could be, Here is some additional info:

- Windows 7 Ultimate (64-Bit)
- ATI Fire Pro V8750
- Have the same problem on 2008 (64-Bit), 2010 (64-Bit).
- Disabled AERO Theme, Using Classic 7 theme
- Disabled Desktop Gadgets
- Ran Max in all compatibility modes (Does not include XP mode, it isn't in the list for some reason)
- Tired DirectX 9 & 10 Modes
- Tired the Horribly Slow OpenGL Mode

I cant figure it out.. Also when i get my camera back from my Girlfriend I will take a video to show you how it looks.
