Anyone having this same problem?

I have 3ds Max 9 and V-Ray 1.5 RC3. When I render anything, the information box that pops up stays up. I can't close it at all. It seems to temporarily freeze the program for like 10 seconds. It doesn't crash the program or anything, I just can't move it or close it down. Anyone else have this problem? If so, how did you fix it? Thanks in advance for any help.

i think that the trouble is within your copy of vray ,but you may install service pack 2 for max 9 and uninstall your old copy of vray then re-install it once agin..

maybe this will help :)
