Petronas Tower

This is a model I did for the History channel last year, I only had to model it, but I've been really wanting to try and get a good render out of this so I gave it a shot, I am really happy the way it came out. Rendered with AR , and adjustments and color correction in PS.

Not bad, but the 'bridge' is not so real. The 'supports' aren't supposed to look like that (too thin?) and I think its 'rectangular', not 'square' like this image.

Thanks :)

You can make some 'parachutists' (since they have this kind of competition sometimes). Btw, the whole building is also not really correct, the 'bottom' part is too 'high', while the 'upper' part is too 'short'.

Thanks :)

Yes, I know that they are round, but they are in 'same size' (yours is having smaller radius on the 'base', while larger radius near the bridge) Honestly, if the bridge is built like how it is in your picture, it will fall down (the 'supports' aren't actually supporting the bridge). Actually, you no need to show me the picture of the building since I'm living quite near it ;) (the correct name should be Petronas Twin Tower, not Petronas Tower :P) Below the building are a shopping centre, and lake with 'musical fountain', as well as a park. I have a picture of it, taken from 6000ft. (almost top view of the building :P)

Thanks :)

This is why sometimes I don't even want to give any comments on some people's work. Sometimes, they just 'can't accept comments/critisms openly'. Listening to comments from other people will improve your skill, and now its the skill of 'scaling' of an object from a picture. If you like to stay at 'this level', then go on....I will not force you.

Look, there is no need for you to be rude, I can accept comments and crits just fine, I have been doing this for a little over 4 years and as far as it not being exactly correct, well what do you expect, I modeled it how I saw it. And what level am I at anyway by your standards, Have you ever seen any of my work, if you care to take the time, have a look. www.billa1.com . Don't get me wrong I appreciate you taking the time to comment on a render. but as you can see in my description of this model, it was done last year for a show on tv, they had no problem with it and I was just tired of looking at it untextured on my comp.

Probably the reason it looks like that is the camera angle, but i counted the actual stories to where the bridge was and from the bottom and the the top

Well, I think I have the need to draw out the parts that are wrong. These 'mistakes' can be seen with your reference picture from wikipedia too (in a few posts before this post).

The red lines are the areas that are not correct. They are more 'flat', instead of having these parts look like they are 'jumping out'. The green circle shows that the 'support' are actually 'nearer' to the building, and is thicker. As for the sky, you should use a background with some more 'obvious' clouds instead of a 'pure-sky-blue' colour.

About the 'rude' post, I also don't wish to explain something that I don't need to explain, and start 'flaming' here. Just to tell you, the post before my 'rude' post is also a rude post for me.
