It is important to wash your face twice a day. Neutragena makes great acne products( not too expensive). If you have tried over the counter cleansers and acne fitting products, you may want to consider Proactive, a little pricey but works wonders for alot of people. You can just do a search on the web for Proactive and you can find out about where to purchase it in your area or on line.
