Rep Power: 0 ![]() | 2min abstract motion-picture (3ds max + hv10) hello everybody, I've just put my very first video public. I've had some noobish experiences before, but the results were pure garbage. So i thought i could use some comments on this so you people can tell me where i'm at with my skills. Please don't expect any plot or entertainment. The only thing i intended to do is to create something like an abstract painting in video-format. By the way, the resolution i was working with was 1280x437 @ 24fps (downconverted from 25fps using twixtor). That's because the sharpness of canon's hv10 native 1440x1080 is more or less just on a 720p niveau to me. And the reason for making it only 1280x437 instead of full 720p is that i mixed the real footage with computer animations that had an aspect ratio of 41:14. I shot the real footage during this month whereas i designed and animated and rendered the motion-picture from the computer partly in autumn 2006 and in spring 2007. With fireworks mx and 3dstudio max 5. So enough prelude - it's the only video on my youtube profile you can see here: http://www.youtube.com/profile?user=ranera |
