Textures in max :(

Ok
I don't know what i did or how i did it, but i managed to change the settings within max that make any textures applied really small.
It used to fit the texture to the object but now it doesn't, it's tiled into a million tiled and unusable specs. I've tried Uvw maps.. i need help plz!
