Rep Power: 10  | Razor need some help for textureing a tire hi I hope u cand help me whit this. This just a test so I can now how to do this I used this texture  for this tire  and i can't get the lines to be horizontal (paralel), it is makeing that ellipse there. How can i resolve this?

Rep Power: 10  | You've got a problem with mapping... I dont know what program you use, but what you should do y apply a cylindrical gizmo and align it with the tire and then go on from there... Hope this helps, Good Luck!! |

Rep Power: 10 | k, got it, 10x pyros. I forgot to tell that i am using 3D max 5.1 with brasil. I have to get the rim to look more realistic ... soon This is my work so far  http://razor.go.ro/tire_6_global111.jpg 1 more thing... why my pictures aren't showing in the forum?

Rep Power: 10 | Next time you have a question when working on max, you should post it directly in the 3D Studio Max forum, then you don't need to say what program you are working on!! About your image, you need to post them in the forum (Work in Progess or 2D & 3D Work), them Stryker will evaluate it, and then post it in the gallery... Good luck with the tires!!!
