| Registered User | I'm Trying to render a realistic car, but so far i've had no success. i'm using Brazil R/S, and I can't get the lighting right. that white part that's supposed to be on the top of the car etc... you guys know what i mean. I tried using HDRI images, but it made it look even worse, maybe i'm putting it in the wrong place. what channel am I supposed to map it on? could someone please help me? :thumbsdow |

Rep Power: 6 ![]() | It's not so bad.. :) Add skylight in direct & indirect illumination for better lighting (luma server roolout in render dialog). And try using different maps for reflections - sometimes they just don't want to fit :D Get a full version of brazil r/s. Good luck, we're waiting for results.. |
