looks good.
textures are so simple. asphalt texture needs more tiling but overall use some photos for texturing or make some mix, mask maps to make it more realistic.
lighting is simple as you said just 2 lights, it can be much better.

modeling

the rendering looks ok but here are some things to think about

in order for an image not to look 'flat', objects closer to the viewer should have more contrast within them than objects far away, so the contrast in the car in the front can go from white to black, but the building in the background should only go from light grey to dark grey. they trees should have the least contrast, and mostly just be areas of color.

what is the building made of? i cant tell. there seem to be very few 'features', gutters, exterior lamps, ect. these make a scene believable.

looking at how the shadows fall at almost a 45 degree angle, it must be either morning or evening, but the color of light outside is white, as if it were noon, and the sky is illuminated uniformly, as if it were noon.

most exterior surfaces suffer some discoloration or 'weathering'. without this a scene will look artifical.
