I've downloaded FR & it worked just fine, but one nice day while max was loading plugins, a dialog box apeared telling me that MAX FAILED TO LOAD FINAL RENDER PLUGINS!!!
Also, after I closed max suddenly the "This program has preformed an illegal operation..." dialog jumped out, and now it's happening again & again...
I reinstaled FR - nothing.
I reinstaled max - nothing.

If anyone knows the answer, please HELP!!! I don't know what to do. Everything else works just fine.

Yes. My PC is driving me crazy - must get new one. Max works fine (exept the FR part) untill I close it. Max closes and then that thing shows up. I click CLOSE, but the box shows up again. Then Windows won't shut down, so I need to restart manualy. Oh, and I had another plug-in that didn't work - pandora (some particles), but I deleted it after trying to reinstall it.

thats not metter if the sowtware is leggal bcz i have illegal copy and its work great!

Having bugs appear when working with plugins in Max is, sadly, very common... wether they are legal or ilegal...
Now, as far as your problem goes, try running 3dsMax with as little programs running as possible, that usually helps... if that doesn't work, you can try creating an independant user for Max and optimize the configuration for the program alone... no programs running in the background, etc...
