V-rayRC3 problem

Did eny one have a problem after V-ray 15rc3 instalation. Well I do - i noticed that rendering is speed up with new version of V-ray, BUT it`s killing speed of oll PC working with V-ray in usual modeling process. I wonder what is wrong and opened all active processes of the Windows...and find out thet there is 2 3dsmax running in processes. I deleted first and 3ds max closed, then i deleted the second 3dsmax but it recovered at the same moment... well i had a lot of "fun" with that until 3ds max removing. After reinstal of max modeling proces came back to normal speed...and I decided to try install V-ray again after that my PC slow down again. So what the....?
