Urgent Help Needed Please

Hi, I am in need of an urgent help, I am rendering a 2 minute walkthrough animation of an Interior with Vray, the scene itself is not that heavy but the heavy lighting seems to take rendering a long way like 10-12 minutes per frame! :(
if anyone here experienced enough to tell me how I can really speed up the rendering while retaining quality like 3-4 minutes per frame, I would be really Grateful! have you tried ambien occlusion in mental ray?

Nope, havent tried that, and dont know much about it, besides I dont use mental ray, I have everything setup fo Vray!!!
