Sand or Water?

Which is easier, morphing a human figure into a disintegrating sandman, or a body made of water falling? Assuming the ground is a sandbed.

i will say they are both verry equal. maybe the sand is a bit easyer becaus you dont need all the reflections and all that heavy material stuff that water material will need to look good. and since the ground is a sand bed you dont need to make that look wett after the water hitting it if you ue sand.
