| Supreme Digital Artist | Well, I hope this will speed up my whole configuration... I bought my graphic card long ago, and wasted a lot of money on it, and now I am still happy with it. You may have seen it in my configuration, it is nVidia 8800 GTS with 640mb GDDR3 ram... I wasted around 710 euros ... And that is not all, my sister bought the same one 2 days after me ![]() , so now you calculate... lol ![]() Cheers ![]()

| Supreme Digital Artist | Well, my friend suggested some program for backup and got it but idk if it is going to work for me because I am changing form XP to Vista... The program is called Acronis True Image Echo 9.5 Build 8076... I have it but I didn't even try it. Don't know if it is of any good. But maybe some of you are familiar with this program and can tell me if it can 'transfer' from XP to Vista... (I might as well try it )Anyway, I have never tried 64x, can some one tell me the difference between 32x and 64x? Some friends of mine told me that it is the real thing, is it really true? TNX in advance guys on reply... This might be my big life change that i expected... |

Rep Power: 5 ![]() | 32bit can only handle properly like, i think, 4gb total memory. xp32bit isn't well adapted to multicore cpus either. i personally think it's faster too. |

Rep Power: 5 ![]() | the limit for memory in x64 is 1tb or 1024gb. x32 is 2gb physical but can be up to 3 or 4. |

| Supreme Digital Artist | I have a problem. I have moved to vista few days ago and everything was fine until today. I haven't changed a thing in my configuration yet still it has problems. Just few moment ago I noticed that my rear speakers are not working. I thought that was driver that was old or not for vista, then I started looking for better driver and installed something witch wasn't it and he (my computer) cut off my sound lol. Then I assumed that he would find the proper driver for that and I let him find one, and he did and I got back where I started... I checked on speakers by switching them form back to front line and they are ok... I even boot my XP witch is still active and played something and they are ok... So... There must be something wrong with the vista. Can someone help on this one, please? |
