Maya

I need maya. I have 3Ds Max and Lightwave 3D 9 but i need maya. Im a 14 year old without a job because i cant get one, Im to young.

I haved moved from 3D modeling and movie making to Game Design. I have made my first Counter Strike map and im learning microsoft physics engines and how to self publish my games.

But i need maya to make them and its way to much money for my folks to get it.

Why is it so much i ask. Is it because the program just really good. Or is it just a rip off. I dont know. But im not happy. Animation has been in my life scince i was about 9 years of age and i moved to 3D animation in 2005.

Does anyone know where i can get Maya for under £1000/$1000?

no enouth money for maya but 3dsmax and lightwave is very expensive

why do you need maya, i use maya but max and lightwave are very capable programmes and they all do the same things.
