I'm going to bulit a new PC.
Would like to design it the for graphics design.

But not sure from the specifications

I'm using 3dsmax, Maya & Photoshop
for Architectue use [Interiors, Exteriors, Landscape] & Anitmation.

Would like to have some help from you guys

About [OR] because i'm Confused about what is better.
Your opinion will help me very much.

Looks pretty good to me, but it may be over specced (perhaps you can save money by aiming a little loewer?) This is what we have at Escape:
