Question Do you this artist?? Thanks

Hi,
I'm doing A-level art, and I need an artist. I remember a while ago my teacher showing someone this artist, and I can't remember the artist's name can you help.
Their work was like Bob Dylan's song Subterranean Homesick Blues (http://bbsimg.ngfiles.com/14/2038400...c4c6909fd7.jpg <-- link to a picture that may help you understand what I'm talking about)
But instead of just holding up a sign it showed off what they really felt. For example I remember there was a guy who help up some paper which said something like 'depressed'.
Cheers
