AutoDesk Maya 2009

hi still new here, but just wanted to find out whether there was a cheap, way of getting my hands on Autodesk Maya 2009..... My main use for my current maya software is to model, modify and design cars.


PLz could as many of you as possible help me out, would you be able to tell me;
What you are currently using to do modeling?........
where did u get it from?.........
and at wht price where you able to grab it for?.......

Plz help. I am looking to upgrade my Maya 6.0 PLE edition into a "FULL" version of Maya 2009. However i am open to suggestions as to other alternative software, but at the same-time, maya is currently the one i prefer, with its clean crisp layout

any help will be appreciated
