Author Seeking CG Artist

Hello everyone,

I am an author of fiction and am currently working on a large scale series based in the late 1800's Victorian time period (with a fantasy/steam punk twist). I've always loved the beauty of well done cg illustration and am hoping to use it for the cover art for my books when they are published. More specifically, I'm sure most are familiar with Final Fantasy: Advent Children - that's the kind of CG style I'm interested in at this time. I'm looking for someone who would be willing to make some images based on my book's characters/settings as subjects for their art work. This wouldn't be a paid commission or anything, just basically me saying you can use my visual ideas for a character as the base for your own work. I get some inspiration for my novel and you get something fun and awesome to render. All I ask is that you acknowledge my rights to the character/landscape design when displaying the image - otherwise you'd be free to use the work in any galleries and portfolios that you like.

For subjects, I have a wide array of characters and architectural settings to choose from, if you're looking for something specific. I have a character who's sort of a cyborg, a blind old lady (who is awesome), cat-based dragons, big dragons, "fire benders", "water benders", steam punk machinery, and old style architecture. PS I didn't steal fire bending from Avatar, its just an good parallel to give you an idea.
