48 hours are enough for 3d max?

Hello Everyone!
My name is Waqas and i want to learn 3d max. I live in Dubai, U.A.E, here there are no Animation Schools except few and i wanted to take advice of you all because you all know 3d max and are good designers. I called up an institute where they teach 3d max and it is 'autorised training center' by AUTO DESK. I talked with a person and he said that i can be doing good in 3d max if i learn for 48 hours and ofcourse rest depends on the practice. My question is will i be able to design if i lear 3d max for 48 hours?

Maybe they'll give 1 hour daily ... so this means more than a month!

It takes about 48 years to learn 3dmax

I can teach u to model a teapot in 1 second XD...
I think it's realy impossible to learn 3ds max in 48 h... there r too many thing to learn.

Thanx Before i was joining an institute where they said that they can teach in 48 hours but now finally i found a college SAE. I'll be starting my classes in oct and till then please help me with little modeling and stuff. You guyz are really good..
