how to add hairstyles easily?

Hello !
I have a collection of "bald heads", and I'm trying to add differents hairstyles to each one.
Which is the best program to do this?
The principal problem is that I need around 100 hairstyles. I was thinking in an application with many pre-designed hairstyles so then I just apply them to my models.
Is there something like this?

I dont think there is ANY 'quick' way around making hair dos. Just make your spline guides comb your hair to that. But I'm not the bst stylizest on the block.
