Help need it

Hi, I like so much the military models, I did registerd and sing in, them I did down load some guns and military vehicles, but some problems happened.

1- The half of the models I did down load, when I try to open it, the file is empty, nothing in side, but the propertys of the file show bite in side, for example a sniper rifle (psg1 for awp) show 877 bytes in side, but I cant see any thin in the file, the file with the name of model not show any thing.
What is "...for awp"

2- The models I can down load fine, HOW I CAN OPEN IT? and print it too...
3- Wich type of file they are?
4- I need a special program to open the models?
Tell me the steps to open and print the models.

Please tell me how to open the files and what happend with the models with the empty files but with bytes in side?
