Help animating blood

Hello.
I have modeled a section view of the heart to show the chambers, valves and blood flow within the heart. I tried to make blood flow realistically through the heart and tried several different ways, including particle flow, event-driven and non-event driven. I had trouble keeping the particles flowing correctly along the splines. Does anyone have good ideas or experience in making realistic liquid flow along a course, also changing volume (not flowing as a single-file line of particles, obviously)?
thanks! Olivia

Hi Olivia!

It sounds like a bit of a challence you got there. Is it possible that you could maybe post a picture of this heart?

Maybe You should try some plugins! Have u tried Glu3d or RealFlow? These will be nice for Liquid Simulation of any kind! :)
