Rep Power: 5 ![]() | Wip Deathlord for High Skill comp. I'm working on a character for the High Skill Challenge. Due to lack of time I don't progress very fast... This is what I have so far. It's gonna be a mmorpg like character, somekind of warlord, big boss, warrior, etc... You get the pic! I don't know If this is going the right way. I have barely no experience in character modelling. If you have tips, suggestions, comments, I like to hear them!! Thx in advance! ![]()

Rep Power: 5 ![]() | Yes, that's just polygon modeling in 3ds max. If i want to make it really good I should go sculpt details in zbrush, but i'm a real noob with that prog... maybe a good time to learn it! :D lol Thanks for all your compliments! If you have a suggestion, tip or you see something is going wrong in my work or flow, I would like to hear!

Rep Power: 5 ![]() | only thing add since last wip is a bit modifying of the models, and applied a shell modifier on all objects. first the basic models and then i wanna do some cuts, bumps, scratches, etc. A bit worn look. If possible in Zbrush ofcourse! :D :P

Rep Power: 3 ![]() | Awesome work.I'd like to give you some advices. If this is going to be a high poly model,What I would do is first model a naked man's body, than use some cloth modifier to make the black clothes where there's no armor and than make the armor over the body using shell and Plane modeling. But if its low poly than this is the right way I guess. You are doing very nice job, keep it up! |
