Whats wrong with this model/rig ?

Hi, I have no idea on why this is happening so thats why Im asking you guys/girls for help :)

Whats wrong with this characters right arm ?
Ive done exactly the same thing as I did on the left arm (I used position and orientation constraints to link the valve rig to the biped skeleton) wich works btw like it should.
But when I try to move the right arm some vertexs starts to move out to the sides.

This is a 3Ds max 2010 file.
