Urban Decay interior scene

Hey guys

I'm working on a new scene with 3ds max, this time of an abandoned building. I came across this absolutely fantastic photograph in a google search (I can't contact the original photographer unfortunately), and decided to do a 3d version of it myself (the end result will be a little different, similar to my last exterior scene).

Overall it's obviously a very simple scene, but my focus on this project will be the lighting and texturing..I want to obtain the utmost realism with this project and put a lot of depth and character into the image. I don't have much but here's the start to my version. I think in the end this will be my most artistic and detailed interior piece. Comments and critiques encouraged

Interesting..we have some automated posters in the forum..I need to obtain full forum mod control so I can clean up this mess lol.

Minor update :) I added in a few props, here's a test render so far (I know, the lighting looks terrible, I'm trying to polish up on my VRay skills again, it's been a while since I've worked on anything). Any recommendations so far? I'm thinking about adding a small stepladder or something on the side below the light fixture, I want to add some stuff on the floor to bring some life into the scene. Thanks for viewing :)

It's a very nice image, great work. Have you thought about doing a version that has more of the dirt and grime that's present in the original photo?
