I would suggest you to add some mesh smoothing on the models, they look so 'sharp' at the moment. Good job making the model to animate, keep it up ;)

the characters were made from nurbs and patches the clothing from splines or nurbs all give smooth results which is why I dont have a problem showing rough looking versions each has to be converted to polygons for real time. but smoothness isnt really an issue
