| Registered User | Mitsubishi EVO X Hi guys. I'm modeling Mitsubishi EVO X, as my free time project. I'm planing to make high detailed model, with all car components, including ones that you normally don't see in 3D models; complete body, engine, transmission, suspension, and so on. I haven't started ad the end, but lately I'm filming all I do on this model, so most of my work is documented in form of time laps videos. lately I didn't work on model, becouse of lack of free time, but I'll continue to work on it in next couple of days, so I will update this thread with new videos. For now, here are some of WIP images, becouse I cant yet post links to youtube videos (need 10 posts to do that ) |

| Registered User | Next thing I plan to do is engine, front differential and transmission box. But first, I have to make corrections on front shock absorbers; I got wrong reference image for shock absorbers, so I have to redo them (ones I have made are to tick in comparison to real ones). And just to explain why I'm making all components of this car; first of all, practice and fun; after all, this is my dream car :D And second, I plan to make animations with this model; it will be some sort of virtual assembly of car, so I need as much detailed model as possible. |
