Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Maya: Modeling car -Help creating "bump" line hai all, I was modeling a car with a guidance of some tutorial. But in the tuto, i don't get how they created a "bump" as in the picture attached. do i have to split polygon at the edge into two? or detach? Regards. Orga Software = Maya 2008 Skill = Beginner |

| 3dm3 moderator ![]() | If i understand you, you can't create this line. But is very easy, as i see you create car by subdivision surface. Create 2 separete parts in this area, next go SURFACES (F4) - SUBDIV SURFACES - Full crease Edge or Partial crease edge (don't firget select edge in subdive) after that you recive good result.
