I think the correction assumption should be 5MB of bandwidth, not speed. Right now, the fastest wireless cellular networks don't even support 5MB/sec. I think you're paying for 5MB of bandwidth, which at that price is a ripoff. Bandwidth would involve how much information you download and upload.
