Nice building. It is my opinion, but you can add some deteils. For example: barrels near the house, old whell, old broken fens and other....

awesome job so far, very nice textures. i agree that some junk around the place would add a nice effect.

Looks like a great start. Maybe you could add a few big cracks in the concrete to add to that rundown feel?
