Well, sorry, but it really doesn't remind me of Jackie Chan... Are you using refrences or just modeling from your imagination as you reme,ber him ?

I have his reference photos.... but despite so the final doesn't resemble him at all... Please help if you can...

well to say the truth i also dont have to much expirience with human faces. but as what i see.. Your nose it is a little but big try making the nose tip a little smaller, only a tiny bit will make a big change. THen change the color of the hair that will also make it a bi better, and your texture doenst fit to much try tweaking it and if it will fit it will be another bit better, the eyes are good i like them , and well that's all i can say as i have very little expirince with faces :-( But hope it helps at least a bit, try looking at some picture of jakcie chan and look at your render,you will then see all the little mistakes and you can tweak it .Take your time with it. I know it's not too helpfull but that's all i can say . If i don't take the fact that it's supossed to be jackie chan, your model is very nice and well made! :-)

Anyway it is nice despite all mistakes that you made, it is still better than my character modeling XD...
